Ethan Sinconis was influenced by the clean shapes and striking colors of graphic posters from the late 50s and early 60s. Ethan studied those elements and created animated shapes in vintage color schemes to pay homage to designs of that era which he then superimposed with a modern day social issue.

The message told throughout the short film is simple yet powerful: no matter who you are, everyone is always welcome.

Ethan tediously animated every frame digitally and set the short film to a musical score typical of Hollywood in the '60s. The color hues morph into poignant representations of humanity.

The short was nominated for a student Emmy at several film festivals in Arizona, including the Student Academy Awards (The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences).
